[Sidewinder] scheduling using "cf ..." and "cf ..." command to export audit raw logs

Q1:
I heard there's some sort of scheduler (not Unix cron) in Sidewinder.

What's the "cf ..."   command to create one such job and to check if
a job is there running (like "crontab -e"  &  "crontab -l".

We're trying to figure out what's the cause our Webtrends (WT_.....gz)
report file were not generated once in a while.


Q2:
what's the command line "cf ... export" syntax like to generate an
audit file?

Appreciate if some sample commands can be given
