[Sidewinder] Access Denied Message

The error messages are stored in /etc/sidewinder/http/* and are read when 
the proxy starts.  Edit them as you like, and restart the http proxy for 
your changes to take effect (on Sidewinder 7 the command is "cf daemond 
restart agent=http_proxy").
