Last I checked, Sidewinder was only supported running directly on the
hardware, not under a virtualization layer, and only when sold
directly as an "appliance" by the vendor.

If Vi3 could not only emulate a Dell Poweredge but also provide a
virtual MAC matching the real Dell hardware MAC, you might be able to
get Sidewinder to run, but it would not be vendor supported.
